Slope launch - big enough for a whole gaggle to launch at the same time. The ridge is soarable in 10mph winds
from 130 to 180 degrees.

The LZ is huge, but is about at 5 to 1 glide.

Directions:
|
- I-20 E to highway 231 N (Logan Martin Lake/PellCity/Riverside)
- 231 N Past I-59
- Cross highway 11 and continue straight for a mile or two
- Left on Crawfords Cove Road, go 4 miles
- Right on Walkers Gap Road
- Left at the top of the mountain for one or two miles
- Left on the second dirt road after the Straight Mountain Menonite Church
- Pass red metal barn, drive under two swinging pvc pipes
- Follow the short dirt road into the launch
- Park behind fence and keep it closed at all times so horses can't get out
